Alison from the Chester Morrisons store helped us with a Key battery replacement and the service was excellent. She was helpful, polite and the replacement was done quickly. Having pride in your job to provide service to the maximum is something worth praising. Thanks Alison.

Alison absolutely saved the day for us today, I am so grateful for her kindness help and understanding today, I had to use the photo printer at Timpsons in Morrisons Chester. The photos were sentimental as they were for my father’s funeral. The machine stopped working and had jammed ruining some of the precious photographs, I had already been chatting with Alison before this happened and she knew the circumstances, so when the machine had a fault she immediately recognised the sound and came running over from behind the coun... read more
