Easily one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Went to the Timpson’s inside Morrisons on Canvey Island and was served by Petrisor, unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question about a shoe repair, and he rolled his eyes, muttered something under his breath, then made a snide comment about “women not knowing these things.” Completely disgusting attitude.
