Absolutely shocking! £20 for a car key battery and for him to fit it. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Guy was extremely rude too! Worst experience ever
Came in as my Ford Transit car key was not turning the lock. Diagnosed as very worn key. New key cut and has fixed the problem, service was excellent, thank you. A+
I had a broken key fob and was told would be a 3 week wait and £250 pound and £100 pounds to programme to the vehicle by the main dealership. And also terrible service. Rang timpsons and they said a quick check and would phone back. 2 minutes later phone rang with a price of £145 fully fitted. Received a text in the morning from the guy saying ready when you are. Took 20 minutes. Really great service from Mark who works there. Many thanks.
Needed a new key for my car, Mark was very helpful and sorted me a new remote key very quickly. Highly recommended
