Came in as my Ford Transit car key was not turning the lock. Diagnosed as very worn key. New key cut and has fixed the problem, service was excellent, thank you. A+

I had a broken key fob and was told would be a 3 week wait and £250 pound and £100 pounds to programme to the vehicle by the main dealership. And also terrible service. Rang timpsons and they said a quick check and would phone back. 2 minutes later phone rang with a price of £145 fully fitted. Received a text in the morning from the guy saying ready when you are. Took 20 minutes. Really great service from Mark who works there. Many thanks.

Absolutely useless. Waste of time. Told over the phone it would cost me £20 to have an Astra key blade cut from the blank provide with the replacement key. Only to be told that they can not do it in case it damages the ignition barrel. Would not even knock out the pin and swap the blade's over!! Which I did myself in three minutes! Wasted my time and fuel on a Sunday for nothing. Absolutely lived. Also told vauxhall will not cut it either all they will do is try and sell you a complete new key.
