I waited for 25 minutes to have batteries fitted to two watches. The Timpson employee was adjusting 2 watch straps for 2 customers, which he took a link out x 3 times for both customers until they were happy. At which point the Timpson employee suggested I leave the watches and come back as he had a couple of keys to cut. At which time I asked him why he had not mentioned that when I came in 25 minutes previously when he asked me what I required. He said he had but I wasn't listening!
