My experience here is really positive. The guy who works there is really living up to the Timpsons brand reputation - his name is Callum and he is fabulous - I took 3 watches and 2 pairs of shoes I am very satisfied. What a wholesome experience !!! Cheers Callum you're doing a great job and I hope those running the biz see my comments :)

Drove over 5 miles to come here, only to find a note on the door at 13.54 saying they had to close and wouldn't open again until 14.30. I need to be somewhere else and can't wait. I understand that with only one member of staff getting cover for breaks is tricky, but this should be clear in the opening times. The unit itself boasts in signage about being open "all day", online too. But reality doesnt match. Totally wasted journey.

Just been in there today to get links removed from my bracelet. He made sure it fit perfectly and had a genuine positive interaction with the guy. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I wanted to share a recent experience at one of our Timpson branches that really stood out to me. I had gone in to have some keys cut on behalf of family and the colleague (Callum) noticed that the original keys had been damaged in a fire. Without hesitation, he showed such thoughtfulness and kindness. 21/11/25 - Went in to ask for my shoes to be repaired at 3pm (they close at 6pm) and was told he couldn’t because he’d already cleaned the machine? Not impressed - have been warned against Timpson’s in the past.
