Went this evening as I had a shoes that needed gluing at the front. The woman told me that they glue the shoe for free and it would take 5-10 mins to do. When I returned to collect my shoe it was completely ruined leather at the front of the loafer. This woman caused permanent leather damage by clearly very aggressively bending and folding the shoes in half countless times (this was not necessary for the glue job she had to do). Wanted a new battery for a mens watch and a new watch strap for a second watch. The watch strap was shown to me for approval and fitted in minutes. The new battery was tried in the mens watch but I was advised that no movement to the watch was to be had. After a very pleasant chat to the gentleman serving I decided not to proceed and scrap the watch.
