Honeslty, James is such a lovely person. He fixed my army bag FOR FREE!! and made holes to sew the leather laces on my sheepskin slippers for just the cost of the laces. Just gobsmacked how kind he is and he never says no to any tricky repair job! THANK YOU JAMES. Finally got round to leaving my feed back, sorry its been stressful moving house with a new kitty :) oh yeah thanks for pet advice too

His approach was honest, professional, and completely customer-focused — no pressure, no upselling, just genuine help. It’s rare these days to walk away feeling valued as a customer, but I did. Because of James, I’ll be returning to Timpson, and I believe his outstanding service deserves recognition from management. A real asset to the company.
Timpsons located in the car park of Morrisons is a convenient place to get keys cut, shoes repaired and clothes dry cleaned. I want to commend James for his excellent service, knowledge and assistance. He was very helpful getting a vintage suede jacket dry cleaned for me and I appreciated his attention to detail in assuring the job was done to a high standard. Well done
Blimey. James really is next level. I had a tricky shoe repair on a much-loved pair of shoes and had almost given up hope. Not only did James take charge of the issue but he quite clearly relished the challenge. The result? A good-as new pair of shoes and an excellent customer service experience. If only every customer service experience was as good as this. Thank you James! :)
James is knowledgeable and a professional, he not only sorted the battery for my watch but got rid of the humid accumulating inside it too. He's made me a very happy customer. He went above and beyond expectations. Prices are really reasonable too, he resolved the problem with my watch quickly, efficiently, friendly with outstanding customer service skills. Timpson's is a great place for dry cleaning, key cutting, watch fixtures and the list goes on! This is definitely my go to! Thank you, and highly recommend
