Dropped in to get 2 keys cut; excellent and friendly service. Super efficient, I think I was there for only 5 minutes. Gentlemen serving was very polite and offered advice on a certain type of key I was inquiring about.
Popped in today on the off chance I might be able to have a link taken out of my watch, wasn’t sure if timpsons could do it due to the brand however the gentleman working for Timpsons was really friendly and helpful and sorted it for me straight away. Really impressed, thank you!
Came to change the batteries on 2 watches at 16:00 says they shut at 18:00 but the doors locked, waited 20 minutes guy comes out of morrisons with bags of shopping and wants £36 to change battery on one midrange watch.
I visited Ryan at Timpson at Morrisons in Llanishen’s Cardiff and had a couple of watch batteries changed - I could not fault his customer service and jollity- his badge name of Victor Meldrew needs to change - excellent service !
Easy 5 star review from me. I went there to get my car key fixed. Very helpful and friendly.
