I had a pair of ballet flats that I needed to wear for an event happening that night. At 3pm, I looked at another shoe repair store in the area and they told me that they would be unable to help me within that time, so I tried the next place on my list Timpson. The man who ran the shop, was so gracious and so helpful and was able to repair my shoes not only within the time that I needed them, but also at an affordable cost, especially as a first year university student looking to save money. Timpson saved my night!!

Very friendly and helpful. Went in with a broken car key and they were able to explain why it had come apart but also what I should do in future to prevent this. They were able to save the broken car key. Thank you!

Wonderful customer service from the two guys in the shop. I had 3 watches which I thought needed new batteries and a buckle needed replacing on another. One of the batteries was actually fine when checked and it's pleasing that it wasn't just changed and added to the bill. Thanks very much 👍

On my way to my friend’s wedding, the two extremely kind efficient and helpful men in store re heeled my shoes while I waited. It took them less than five minutes and made my day. Thank you so very much

What great service we had from James today. I'm a support worker and have a client who is blind, and has been having problems with his watches. James was really good with him and managed to sort the watches out and also have a wee laugh and a joke with him. Thank you James for making his day.
