WORST SERVICE EVER ! I sent my son’s Moncler jacket for dry cleaning ! He used it just once when we were out did some food stains on it ! Send it there and they said yes we can clean it ! After a week I had the message that it was ready to collect! Went there and they gave it to me and said all done! Syd went above and beyond looking after me and more umportaintly my special and sentimentally precious boots. My last physical gift from my mother that I wore to death. Thank you so much for bringing them back to life. Definatley know what they are doing excellent shoe and boot repairs.
Went in with a couple of jobs that needed doing. Lady there was very honest and frank about what could and could not be done. She could have just taken the money but she cared about the reputation of the store and her craft. Thankyou. This is the type of place I can trust. The jobs that could be done were done well.
I’ve been visiting the shop for over 20 years, and every time the staff are polite, generous and good humoured. Just had 2 keys cut and informed of a 3 for 2 offer which helped reduce the cost. Thank you Timpsons Monmouth 😌
Only gave it 1 star because i can’t give zero. Absolutely disgusted with the young girl that works there. She has obviously never heard of customer service or even common decency to another human being. When we arrived, the shop was closed for lunch, later than the time on the sign. The girl walked to the door still chewing her lunch and didn’t say a word until she was back behind the desk, after sighing.
