I had a funeral to attend and my black shoes needed some metal heels - usually a 15-20 min job in any other Timpsons. The lady serving refused to help telling me it wouldn't be today, even though I explained it was a funeral and just realised my heels were broken. In certain situations, a bit of human-ness goes a long way. But the computer said no. Makes me never want to go back. No willingness to help or make an exception.

Popped in to ask about an old motorbike key, met by a miserable chap who wasn’t interested and quoted me £20, for a simple key ! Went online and bought the same key, including postage for £9.45, and yes, it works perfectly.

Needed a car key battery change. Immediate turnaround. Had a mobile phone repair done there, very good. A duplicate coded car key, pictures printed from a usb stick and a dog tag engraved. Probably the most useful shop in the county and friendly helpful staff.

I wanted a spare key cut for my ebike battery ignition. It's not a normal key. The service I received from the Monmouth shop was excellent. The first cut didn't work, but the store clerk, ran a modification & it worked, very pleased, I recommend this shop.

Fantastic service. Opened slightly earlier than published time, so definitely geared up and ready when I arrived at 8:30. Friendly and spot on! In and away with two keys perfectly cut in 5 minutes. Would highly recommend! Served by Beth.
