Lovely friendly service and all done before the time I said I'd come back the next day (boot re-heeling). Done in 1/1.5 hours the same day. Very handy to be able to go back to work 2 days later in those boots.
I bought a small lock and I tried to return it tomorrow but he refused to return it I don't know the person's name but he is tall and bald. I strongly advise against dealing with him and buying.
Twice ive been into cannon park branch for engraving and twice ive been thrilled with the resourcefulness of my quirky requests I wouldn't go anywhere else now . While in the shop I was amazed to see they can also refurb trainers so always ask even if you don't see a service advertised . If they can they will nothings to much trouble😀
I took an old pair of shoes to be resoled, they're my favourites so was worried how they would turn out. However, Richard, the branch manager assured me they would be as good as new, if not better!! I was relieved and pleasantly surprised when I collected them, as he had done an amazing job!! I would highly recommend, he was reassuring, friendly and professional. Thank you Richard
They charge too much. They return your garment aerated a little bit with all the stains still on it. Not satisfied at all.
