Had a watch repaired here recently by Connor. Watch was fixed quickly and I was told how to maintain it to avoid further issues. Really helpful, polite, efficient and professional. Will definitely return but hopefully not with the same watch!

Business response:

We're excited to hear Connor repaired your watch quickly and provided helpful maintenance advice. We deeply appreciate your kind words about his polite, efficient, and professional service.

I received amazing customer service whilst visiting this store, I think it was Connor a tall young man who really saved my day, could you please let him know how grateful I am, it was on 26/04/26, you don't come across this level of customer service very often and when you do I just had to let him know, I hope the managers above appreciate it when they have staff like this and look after them, highly recommend this branch and thank you once again 😊

Business response:

We are ecstatic to hear about Connor's amazing service on 26/04/26. We'll share your grateful feedback with him and management.

Wonderful service when I recently took my shoes into the shop. Saturday 11th October took in shoes to be mended that were not in a good state. Returned on Sunday and picked up mended shoes, highly polished and looking like new. As always wonderful service from the staff in the shop. I am not sure but think the person who served me might have been called Connor?

Business response:

Thanks Helen! Delighted your shoes looked like new after our wonderful service. We'll pass your kind words to Connor and the team.
