I received amazing customer service whilst visiting this store, I think it was Connor a tall young man who really saved my day, could you please let him know how grateful I am, it was on 26/04/26, you don't come across this level of customer service very often and when you do I just had to let him know, I hope the managers above appreciate it when they have staff like this and look after them, highly recommend this branch and thank you once again 😊

Absolutely superb customer service. The young man on site today 10th January pm was fantastic a credit to your Company. Fixed my watch wrist band with in seconds and refused payment. Will undoubtedly be back in the very near future and pay for a service

Wonderful service when I recently took my shoes into the shop. Saturday 11th October took in shoes to be mended that were not in a good state. Returned on Sunday and picked up mended shoes, highly polished and looking like new. As always wonderful service from the staff in the shop. I am not sure but think the person who served me might have been called Connor?
