I always get such excellent customer service from the Timson team at Morrisons in Oxted. They are approachable as well as professional, the turn around on items is very swift and handled in a way that keeps your items clean when transported.
The woman working here this afternoon was very rude when asking me for my ticket and then proceeded to tell me that my name was unusual. Got what I needed done but left there feeling uncomfortable after that interaction. Poor customer service.
Carol was absolutely phenomenal with her customer service. She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with a particular dress I needed help with. We have used Timpsons in this Morrisons several times and we are always so impressed with their service.
I hired the carpet cleaning machine from This branch. Excellent friendly, helpful service on phone and in person. Excellent machine! Very satisfying to use. Don’t use on newer carpets until you are desperate!
My key fob for the car needed replacing. Great service from Sam and the team. Fab local service for a good cause too.
