Wayne was very good 👍 he explained everything really well and thoroughly and cut my keys within minutes I didn’t realise that they could be so quick and efficient so I’m very happy thank you Wayne from Gloucester Simpsons

The service is good and they do the key cutting really quick, however the key quality is not quite good and it costed £9 just a regular key. After using it 3 times just for testing the key varnished came out (bless that's a spare 🗝️)

Needed a spare key cut for my car - done in less than 15 minutes for a fair price! Wayne was also really nice & great to chat to :) will return once I've lost this set of keys as well!

Fantastic experience, top notch shoe repairs every time. The owner is really helpful and efficient. I had a bad experience at another Timpsons locally, and he fixed up the shoes at no extra charge. Will definitely use again!
