Adam at the store in Asda (Kingswood) was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend. My pet tag that I took in looked really good.
Do not use these people we took in a £900 set of curtains and they have come back with hems down not ironed at all and looks like they have just come out a dryer and it cost £140 disgusting

Got my key cut here and Ive had no issues with it, bought little bits like laces and keyrings and the service was so quick and the guy was friendly each time, he’s called Adam and deserves recognition
Heeled my shoes and damaged them, highlighted it when I picked them up, just said it wasn't him, pretty much ignored me and started making a key. Said it's £12 and turned his back. Shoes also hadn't been cleaned. Definitely will not use again p
