Went here with a quality uncut key of my own but they would not cut it unless I ditched this key I had already paid for elsewhere and paid them an extra £50 for them to provide a key making a silly amount of profit. They tried to extort me the moment I walked in the store for the very first time and it will be the last. The guy in the store told me he would be held responsible for gross misconduct if he cut my key which I supplied. This is extortion. I went elsewhere and had no problems at all.

Not happy😡 i took my watch to get it a new battery and the guy has broken the face on my watch, now it can't be used. I would give them zero stars if I could AVOID!!

I had my Brasher Country Classic walking shoes reheeled at Timpson locally. Darren understood that the walking shoe should have an angled heel and used an appropriate durable heel that had the flexibility to be moulded into the angle. The commando type heel was too rigid to flex to the angle but not an issue as the shoes are not used in rough terrain.
