I had my Brasher Country Classic walking shoes reheeled at Timpson locally. Darren understood that the walking shoe should have an angled heel and used an appropriate durable heel that had the flexibility to be moulded into the angle. The commando type heel was too rigid to flex to the angle but not an issue as the shoes are not used in rough terrain. What a difference it has made to long walks, as the last time I reheeled it was done flush to the ground ( like a dress shoe that I hadn’t noticed) and that I later found not ... read more
