This man who works in this shop is a loving soul! I went in on Saturday stressed as my car randomly wouldn’t start, and the alarm was just going off, this man came out to my car tried several things just to help me out! He tried changing the batteries on my keys and when that failed he tried resetting the battery to restart my car! Success! I honestly couldn’t thank him enough, he saved me a pretty penny!

Went to Timpsons today to get some boots re heeled and soled, dropped them in at lunchtime and collected at 4.30pm, Luke was there today, he was brilliant, boots looked like new and he also put my dads St Christopher onto a leather key fob for me, nothing was to much trouble, really lovely guy and a perfect and professional service, he is a credit to the company…highly recommended….. thank you Luke

I cannot recommend the staff at the fulwood store enough. They always go out of their way to help you and they're always so welcoming and helpful.

Honestly the "manager" here is so rude wouldent bother going to this store again. Had key cut which didn't work and he was more interested in arguing than fixing the issue (i truly belive he needs to understand how important customer service is). Very arrogant condosending and gives timpsons a very bad reputation. Honestly disappointed as have used other branches for years but this has put me off.

Purchased a replacement car key. Despite how busy the day was going, Steve was calm and approachable. Finished the job with ease. Wonderful customer service.
