I arrived at Morton Park branch at precisely 16:42 today having made a special trip to get a new battery fitted for my car remote. The operator said he was too busy to do this 2min job because he was closing at 5. There was no one else in the shop. I tried appealing to his better nature by explaining that I had driven over especially but he still refused to serve me. Had I known there was a possibility of being turned away I would not have gone there at that time but in my view, this is not good customer service.

Friendly service. Went in for new watch strap and had one fitted within a couple of minutes. Always well looked after in here.
