Friendly service. Went in for new watch strap and had one fitted within a couple of minutes. Always well looked after in here.
The staff were so friendly and fitted my watch perfectly. I had a lovely chat with the two workers and am happy with the service.
Although my in store experience was the worst ever, Demi from head office contacted me and really helped restoring my faith in this Buisness. Whilst I won’t be returning this store. I will remain to use other Branches as the customer experience from Demi at head office was exceptionally good. Therefore I have amended my review from a 1 star to a 5 star feeling this is to reflect the timpsons head office
Absolutely brilliant engraving service by Sharon.... Great price, great quality and finish... Careful, professional work on jewellery... Highly recommended......
