Have gone in 2 Sundays in a row and the lady with the blue hair, believe she is the branch manager from the epsom shop, was incredibly helpful in trying to repair a previously bad timspons job I got from another branch, she was super helpful and polite and tried absolute hardest. Really appreciative.
