Went to Timpson in Epsom near Sainsbury. My daughter school shoes sole came off. Dean was so helpful, put rubber glue on it and pressed the shoe so no need to replace shoe. Thank you Dean for your customer service, would recommend.

Have gone in 2 Sundays in a row and the lady with the blue hair, believe she is the branch manager from the epsom shop, was incredibly helpful in trying to repair a previously bad timspons job I got from another branch, she was super helpful and polite and tried absolute hardest. I needed a number of keys cut for a new lock I bought. Connor (1167) was really helpful taking care of everything: opening the packaging to get the original key, using proper Yale key blanks, testing each cut key in the lock, all while I was shopping at Sainsburys next door.
