1st time using this service.. Needed a replacement car key... The lad who said he owned the shop was very professional and courteous... Stuck with me til he knew the key was a good one... My car wasn't too far away so was willing to shut shop for 5 mins to go and check the key worked.... Very well priced as well.. Definitely would recommend without hesitation.. Didn't catch his name and even gave me a slight discount... I think because the fob part of it hasn't worked for a long time so just the key part needed... 👍😄👍😄�... read more
Excellent, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service from Jack, who cut and programmed a new key for our Peugeot. Great communication, prompt, reliable and good value. Can't recommend Jack and this Timpsons branch highly enough.
Jack at Timpsons is always incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about his work. Sorted my dry cleaning and alterations, was even able to fit my walking stick with a new ferrule! Truly a credit to the company!
Organised a delivery of a new car key and repair of the existing key, all went very well. The staff member certainly new what he was doing, programming the new key to the car.
Thank you to Jack (not the manager). His service was great and was really helpful in sorting out my Jaguar car key.
