Organised a delivery of a new car key and repair of the existing key, all went very well. The staff member certainly new what he was doing, programming the new key to the car.
Thank you to Jack (not the manager). His service was great and was really helpful in sorting out my Jaguar car key.
Jack at Timpsons is always incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about his work. Sorted my dry cleaning and alterations, was even able to fit my walking stick with a new ferrule! Truly a credit to the company!

When to have a door key cut, the key cost £12.00, drove home approximately 4 miles tried the key and it didn’t work! I rang Timpson and explained that the key didn’t work, the little pipsqueak was rude and had attitude issues so I asked for a full refund, don’t use Timpson as they employ little kids that just came out of play school.. went to Vince in Havelock Street in Swindon and the key was £7.00.. I didn’t have to drive all the way back as the key was spot on!
