I am extremely disappointed with Timpson’s heel repair service. Four days ago, I brought in a £1,000 pair of Jimmy Choo boots and was very explicit that I wanted the replacement heel to match the original heel and the tread on the sole, preserving the integrity of the original design. I was shown a design, reassured it would match, and told to return in four days. Omg …. You just can’t get this sort of excellent service these days…. Andrew went above and beyond to help me repair my watch … a family air loom so you can imagine how happy I was when he managed to go the extra mile and not give up to fix it. I always have a great experience at Timpson in Kew thanks to Andrew. This time he replaced the battery in my car key, and he’s also made spare keys for me in the past, always perfectly done. I keep coming back because the work is reliable; in other places I’ve had to return to fix mistakes, but never with him. On top of that, he’s always incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
Came to Timpsons in Richmond to get some links taken of my watch and the man in there was so lovely! Sorted my watch in a matter of 5 minutes! So warm and welcoming would definitely recommend!
I went in with my daughter today to change her shoe lace, A gentleman helped us, he was very polite and helpful in finding the right shoe lace for us. He gave it for free to her, it wasn’t the amount he didn’t take (we were willing to pay whatever). It’s the time he spent on why my daughter is changing her new shoes laces and how helpful he was.
