Went today to cut a new key without a plastic bit on top for a new key holder. The guy from shop told me this can't be done and that he can only do the same type of key. I then used the automated Timpson service at b&q and got my key. Great success 👍
Overcharged to cut a key £9 even though it's £7 and the new cut key didn't work so I noticed a missed bits that I had to file slightly till it worked.
I had an issue with one of the keys cut here but working properly. The staff were very helpful and sorted the problem out for me with no quibbles at all. Would definitely recommend. Fast and efficient service.
