I visited Tumpsons today to collect my dry cleaning as I do often, but todays visit was made a bit more special. The young man in residence today was offering home made brownies to customers. I was lucky, he offered the last slice of brownie to the customer just ahead of me who said "he was okay for brownies", leaving the last portion for me. And it was delicious, perfect flavourful and not too sweet. What a special threat. Thank you. Your people rock Thompsons. Happy Christmas young man.
Despite arriving close to closing time, the shop attendant was kind and considerate and willing to go the extra mile to cut my car keys. Superb service with an excellent attitude. Would highly recommend!!
I’ve come to this place 3 times in the last week to get links taken out of my watch and I got 3 difference prices each time. The black male called Paul was rude, terrible customer service skills and charged me £20 more than the other 2 people I have previously seen. The other 2 males I’ve seen were so much kinder and helpful and I would have given a better review if Paul’s terrible service didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. I think he needs to learn better customer service skills
Served by a worked named Claude who has been absolutely fantastic, he seriously deserves a raise for all his efforts, brilliant in terms of service provided and customer support. Would highly recommend this particular branch at the ASDA superstore in Watford
