Wonderful customer service from Ryan, he cut some keys for our Watford office and all keys worked perfectly no issues. Even provided key caps for us so we could differentiate them from the other site keys. Professional and friendly, incredible service by incredible people 🙂
1-Star is a stretch - Got 5 new door keys cut, none of them worked. Went back and they re-done the keys, assured me they would work, tried again and none worked. Was told I would need to order 5 new keys, but told you do not need to return to the store for a 3rd time I have the number and will order the keys, which should be ready Friday or latest Monday. I visited Tumpsons today to collect my dry cleaning as I do often, but todays visit was made a bit more special. The young man in residence today was offering home made brownies to customers. I was lucky, he offered the last slice of brownie to the customer just ahead of me who said "he was okay for brownies", leaving the last portion for me. And it was delicious, perfect flavourful and not too sweet. What a special threat. Thank you. Your people rock Thompsons. Happy Christmas young man.
This shop is frequently shut in the middle of the day when it should be open, according to their published opening hours. No notice on shutters providing reason why. Took me a week to get through to them on the phone and now I’ve driven all the way here, they’re closed. Sign says to call customer service if they’re closed when they should be open but, guess what, they’re not picking up the phone either. Completely wasted my time and not the first time either.
