I very rarely review companies, but I’m so impressed by quality of the dry cleaning service Timpson’s provided for me, I have decided to go on Google to send my gratitude and appreciation. I’ve only used them twice so far because I’m new to the area but I’ll definitely be coming back! The staff in the shop are very friendly and chatty, and the prices are acceptable plus the quality of the service is excellent. I had winter duvets dry cleaned like never before 🤩
Extremely bad customer service. The shop is meant to open at 9. It's 9.17 and the guy (a replacement for the usual employee who is on holiday) has not opened the shop yet. Waste of time!
