Took my daughter in with two watch straps that needed shortening to fit her wrist. Joe looked after us brilliantly. He even did us a bit a deal for the two which was one of those wonderful life lessons for my daughter about being nice, kind and respectful to everyone you meet - it doesn't cost anything and just makes the world a better place! I came to this Timpson after being told the one at the Holmbush Centre was closing that day for maintenance and couldn't take my dry cleaning at 1740. I arrived at 1753 with a single suit and the guy complained that he had to be out by 6 and acted like I was an enormous inconvenience. After apologising and explaining that I had had to come from Holmbush, hence why I was so last minute, he continued to huff and puff and make a big deal out of it so I told him not to bother as I didn't want to put up with the attitude.
