After breaking my key in my motorcycle today and managing to get what was stuck in the lock out I came to Timpson’s at Havant Tesco desperately seeking help. The gentleman working today (I think his name was Daryl) did his very best to fashion me a key out of the wrong key type as they didn’t have any keys like mine. He worked really hard on this key despite being doubtful that it would work. He kept a warning me that he didn’t think it would work but it did! I was utterly amazed. He single handedly saved my day. Darryl was extremely helpful with my shoe repair. Explained the nature of the problem, what the fix was and what to expect next! Top service. Great work. Completed in under 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend; and will 100% return to Darryl if I need any more shoe repairs.

Awful service wouldn’t help, very sarcastic chap behind the counter. Made me defensive and told me to go elsewhere to a different store. Just wanted some keys cut and a button on some jeans said he can’t sew either. Not sure what type of people are being employed for the customer service if Timmons.
Great service and friendly staff. I have used the key cutting which was quick, dry cleaning, and got a hole punched in my belt. I always leave my number so I get a text when my dry cleaning is ready.
