I have experienced some of the best customer service for a long time at this store. I visited to get 3 keys cut for a locker in my garage. On the first visit she cut me some keys but didn't seem so sure that they would work. Nevertheless I paid and left. Arrived home to find the keys didn't even fit in the lock! I returned the next day with the door from my locker. Angela tried a few more keys which wouldn't also fit so decided to call up head office to assist her. I experienced a level of customer service today that went beyond the norm. Two watches one a Xmas present from my son that I thought was beyond repair is working with broken strap fixed without needing to be replaced. A special to me 15 year old Tissot watch is now functioning, water tight with strap adjusted. It was really busy in the shop but I didn’t feel neglected whilst the gentleman whose name I forget was attending to other customers.
