A young male staff member charged me £13 to remove THREE (3) links from my watch. This charge was not stated beforehand. I have previously had the same service done here FREE OF CHARGE so I reasonably assumed it would be the same. When I explained this, his tone started to raise and his demeanour changed which made the interaction uncomfortable. Great service, friendly and efficient. The colleague brought 2 pairs of shoes that I didn't think could be saved, back from the brink of being chucked in the bin.
Overcharged me for one disabled toilet key £10, when I could bought on Amazon £5 three copies , .. never going again or trust them
I don’t think they are well equipped. It’s happened a few times now when I go into this branch, I’m often greeted with the same response ‘I don’t have the tools, come back next week’. Once someone was covering the branch and he managed to do the lifetime battery change straight away.
Refused to take Canadian passport photo despite it being listed on their website as a country they provide passport photos for. Ridiculous.
