Overcharged me for one disabled toilet key £10, when I could bought on Amazon £5 three copies , .. never going again or trust them
I don’t think they are well equipped. It’s happened a few times now when I go into this branch, I’m often greeted with the same response ‘I don’t have the tools, come back next week’. Once someone was covering the branch and he managed to do the lifetime battery change straight away.
Great service, friendly and efficient. The colleague brought 2 pairs of shoes that I didn't think could be saved, back from the brink of being chucked in the bin.
Friendly staff but had to return 3 times to get my keys recut. Each time they did it without fuss.
I was served by Cal and he (quite literally) showed me how to polish my shoes - as someone in my 30s I write this with both a gasp and a giggle that I had no clue what I was doing but thank goodness that kind people like Cal are around to show idiots like me how to do so! Lewis
