Michael Kors watch battery change proving difficult but David in Cheylesmore, Jay and Nick (branch Manager) at Rico Arena branch Coventry all did an excellent job and great customer service. nice to still see a local company offer such a great service, please stay around! this was a diamond service, thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service from Nick... He got my 2 car keys working correctly again........From speaking to him the day before to visiting him in the shop the next day the customer service he gave was TOP MARKS , Many Thanks Nick ....

I had such a lovely experience at Timmons in Arena Park this morning. Nick was absolutely wonderful so friendly, chatty, and genuinely kind. He helped with an engraved watch and links for an anniversary gift, and he really made the whole experience feel special. It’s rare to meet someone who brightens your day just through their warmth and kindness, but Nick certainly did. I left with a smile on my face and a very happy heart I hope someone gives him the same happiness he gave me today.
