Both Nick and Jay were superstars. Couldn’t help us enough. Sorted all 4 problems out we had instantly. It was quite breath taking. Won’t take my keys anywhere else. Head and shoulders even above the car dealerships.

Great service by a gentlemen called Nick I believe? He was really helpful and cut me new key for my car which was broken. Sorted in about 15 minutes and was very friendly. Great customer service and would recommend him to anyone.

We ordered engraved plates from Timpson at Ricoh Arena in February 2025 and only received them in the second week of May—almost three months later. After following up two weeks post-order, we were told there was a supply chain delay, which we accepted with understanding. But then we heard nothing for weeks. When we went back to the store, we were met by someone claiming to be the branch manager. Visited a Timpson local to me was told key cannot be cut due to a soldering issue visited ricoh Timpson as been here before previous. Dealt with by 2 gentleman's on front desk quick fast and efficient service pleasure to deal with got the job done, credit to the company. Thank you

Took my shoes to Timpson after an horrendous experience at Earlsden Cobblers, who threw my shoes out of the shop after I dare make a complaint about the mess he made of my repair x 3! My shoes are now perfect after Jay did an amazing job of repairing them, they loo brand new! Thank you Jay, your workmanship is second to none and I really appreciate your time in fixing my shoes following the previous complete balls-up by Coco the Clown at Earlsden Nobblers!
