We used Timpsons on The High St, Grantham today for a mobile phone repair (and subsequently discovered they also fix keys, laptops, tablets, etc...). Martyn there was incredibly helpful. Admitting he hadn't been with the firm long, he explained how he'd undergone training recently to fix i-phones. His perseverance and professionalism around the issue meant we were saved and the phone was restored. Having had a problem with previously repaired shoes I returned them to the Timpson’s kiosk at Asda in Grantham. The manager, Dan, inspected my shoes and after determining the issues professionally repaired them. A superb job. His customer service was second to none and friendly disposition was worth a visit alone. Highly recommended - 5*

My second Timpsons within a week..!! This one is in Grantham and I couldn’t be happier with the service. It was a busy lunchtime today and I needed a couple of keys cut, I was greeted with a smile straightaway and was seen to after a short wait, we discussed all sorts of things as my keys were cut. I apologise for forgetting the man’s name but he was a very very good advert for Timpsons. Thanks for yet another great service.

Wanted a battery change in watch. Without even looking at it, says £60. No thank you. Watch tool kit online £10, battery £1.28 job done! Took me 10 minutes and never done it before. Anyone can do it! Great place to get your keys copied.
