The main chap who works there was really friendly. I came to have my sandals glued and he refused to charge me. I'll come back with my other shoes that need repairing as it was done to a high quality. Thanks!

Called in today as I had recently purchased a pair of shoes which were really uncomfortable. The man working there was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He had no problem giving me his time discussing the potential problems and offering solutions. I will definitely be back, thanks very much for all your help.

Mel - Alton 1134 - Excellent service beyond the call of duty! I dropped a golf trophy off on 8/3/25 it was not valuable but huge sentimental value to my husband as he was the final club winner 🏆 before the club closed. Very friendly man who was working on 19/12, helpful, approachable and all round seemed a good guy. He helped me with printing some photos and even kept behind the one I accidently left behind, making sure it was safe. I also returned and he assisted with my fob watch on the same day- thank you.
