Fantastic service - was gutted when my watch strap broken while out in the metro centre but thanks to Timpsons and Andrew I was back wearing my watch in minutes. Lovely to have service from people so friendly and knowledgeable about the topic! Thank you!
Lovely young man added 2 belt holes in my belt for me while I waited. Didn’t even charge me. It was much appreciated.
Daughter needed links out of new watch. Took it to place in Heaton & they couldnt do it. So we were recommended Timpsons in Metrocentre & the guy there was helpful, professional, friendly. Fixed the strap & my daughter happy. Didnt get his name but big thanks to the nice man working 27.8.25 around 7.30pm.

Went in with my own car key. They wouldn't cut a key which wasn't there's. Tried to charge me £89 to cut a basic car key. Pure rip off.
