If you want your shoes repaired this is not the place! I took my shoes in for repair, and the experience was poor from start to finish. Firstly, the man serving me was incredibly rude. Second, I made the mistake of paying in advance, but when I went to collect them, everything looked fine on a rushed day but later was noticed the shocking repair quality. Boot repair promised for today couldn't be found when I made the enquiry. Normal man off sick. Telephoned by the shop later, boots had been found & repaired. I think that's very good, much more than I would have expected in the circumstance from a relief stand in. Well done Timpsons..
The staff member went over and above to fix my daughters school shoes and did a great job.
Very disappointing, not the service you expect from a large chain… over a week to engrave 11 letters and not completed…. The staff couldn’t care less.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Didn't get it right the first time but recut the keys a second time and got it right. Stuart provided and excellent service
