I went for a replacement car key due to losing the original. The guy at Timpsons made me a new key/fob and spent a lot of time programming the new key due to being an old car. He went more than the extra mile and gave service that is rare today.
Outstanding customer service! Damien is an utter professional and I could not reccomend anyone more. I required a van key and it was very complicated and alot of back and forth but at no point was Damien worried or flustered. Fantastic store. Thanks!

Brilliant service! Needed a spare key for my car, saw Damian and he ordered one in store for me. When it arrived he phoned me straight away and booked me in. Unfortunately it didn't work as my car was rejecting the key for some reason. Damian assured me I wouldn't have to pay any extra and booked me in again when he reordered a different key. Had two watch batteries replaced. Very helpful and friendly guy sorted them in 15 minutes. Was surprised that the price includes a lifetime guarantee so will never need to buy another battery for either watch. Highly recommended.
