I needed an additional key for my daughter's car and having looked at the Timpsons website, this was the nearest branch that could make the key I needed. As I had a 15 mile journey to make, I called to make sure they could do the key and what they would need. I spoke to Damian who was brilliant to deal with. He confirmed when they could do the key and gave some sound advice on where to park. Visited this shop twice in the last month for heel repairs and received a friendly efficient service. Very impressed with the standard of work & will not hesitate in returning for any future repairs.
I went for a replacement car key due to losing the original. The guy at Timpsons made me a new key/fob and spent a lot of time programming the new key due to being an old car. He went more than the extra mile and gave service that is rare today.

Been trying to ring for two days, different times but nobody answers. Terrible service. I wanted to verify they could do the service I wanted. No point. I will try another company.
