I bought some boots at a charity shop. They were lovely but were showing a fair bit of wear. The fabulous guys at Timpsons did a fantastic job of giving them a new lease of life. Not only did they re-sole them, as requested, they also touched up some worn areas and gave them a good clean. They look new and I’m so pleased!! Thank you for going above and beyond what was asked.

Staff seemed highly uninterested in helping me fix my watch. They quickly suggested my only option was to get the whole mechanism sent to be replaced. I went to a Timpsons in Brighton who cleaned the battery contracts free of charge and it has been working great ever since.

Everytime I go here I get ripped off. £24 for a new car key battery. Which I said I would fit myself, but the clerk continued to fit it without my consent. £30 for a house key to be cut. Absolute ridiculous. It makes you question if they’re are just making up the prices on the spot

Bad work. The sole is not rubber I at least it is of very low quality. I had asked if the rubber sole was the same as the original and was told yes. Not at all! Badly cut. You can see all the glue with obvious gaps in the bonding. £50 for nothing. Rubbish!

These guys ruined my £300 shoes that I asked them to polish for my wedding. Instead of polishing them, they scuffed them and sprayed them with some kind of coating which has stained them and made them impossible to polish. Absolutely outrageous.
