I don't like writing negative reviews, but I want to make sure people don't damage their items by using this service. They ruined my winter coat last year and a beautiful office jacket this year. After I complained, they kept my jacket for two weeks for inspection and then told me to contact the manufacturer instead. I had the same branch clean it a month ago and asked the shop assistant to leave a note on the ticket about the washing temperature. Got a remote for garage door from them and asked twice before paying for the remoteand before taking the delivery for the remote. Paid £43 for it- In case it doesn't work It goes without saying I'll return the remote as I'm paying almost 3 times the fees otherwise I can directly take it from the manufacturer or Amazon. He was so soft spoken all this while I could hardly hear him When it did not work his tone completely changed to "contact the manufacturer, they will support I can't help it".
Absolutely terrible service — nothing has changed over the years. I came in to remove simple sunflower oil stains from my clothes, and not only did they fail to clean them, but they actually made things worse. I paid £13.50 for absolutely nothing — the stains are still there, untouched. The quality of service is just as poor as it was years ago. Gave my key to be made almost 3 weeks ago. Was told I have to pay £34 first and I would be called in about 2 weeks once it's ready. Still not received my key or a call. Can someone at timpsons chase this up and find out what is going on.
Terribly poor service by Ryan. Refused to change my Casio watch battery because he wasn't "comfortable resealing" it???? I have paid for the lifetime guarantee service aswel. Unbelievable
