Fixed my watch strap for just £5. The customer service here is exceptional — I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today.

Had 2 pairs of shoes re-healed and soled in the Shirley branch, one pair of flats the other a stiletto heel. The guy advised which finish would be best, did a really good job and they were ready for collection when he said they would be. The quality of the products used is excellent and non slip as I asked for. A speedy, friendly, efficient, quality service. Thank you, I’d highly recommend them.
Laughter, laughter, and more laughter. I have no idea where these prices came from. The service is really of average quality. And on top of that, the staff in the store were very rude.
