I had a great experience today, took a shoe in for repair and they did it right away. The guy was friendly and gave great service!
Paid £12 to get a key cut for our contractor to use - they used the wrong blank so it doesn't even fit in the lock. Won't have another chance to get back and get it sorted this week so now having to arrange pick ups/hand overs at the start and end of every day. Unnecessary hassle on an already stressful week.
Came in to see David today in town at Peterborough, very friendly and professional, after being told by our local timpson the job couldn’t be done, thank you for sorting my dads wranglers boots!
I had a positive experience with David at my local Timpsons, I came in with a bracelet to be adjusted and he worked with me to get it adjusted right then and there without having to wait for weeks for parts. Thank you so much for your help David!
