After being disappointed by the Hounslow branch High Street having no hip flasks, to which they were apologetic and tried to suggest other places. I contacted your Richmond Sheen Road, branch. I spoke to Michael who informed me that the shop had Hip flasks available and he would be able to engraved while I waited. I then went to Richmond and found Michael to be a thorough professional. Angelo showed me an incredible act of kindness. He invited me behind the counter to help construct my Final Major Project, helping push me across the finishing line in time to exhibit at the London Design Festival this September. I genuinely can’t thank him enough for his generosity, time and support. I’m blown away by his kindness and generosity.

First time customer, I brought in two pairs of ‘Northamptons finest’ shoes for thin rubber soles plus heels on one. I liked the choice of solutions offered but most important I loved the result! Beautifully finished, the original and new had been blended perfectly and looks great. A value added result, I’ll be back!

He has never failed to be exemplary, in his welcoming, smiling demeanor and in providing a top quality service on anything I have required with a superb result.
