Wonderful service and such a lovely gentleman. I popped in with a ripped velcro on my nephew's school shoes. This gentleman fixed it immediately and charge free. It was such a sweet gesture. He just smiled and said "I know what kids are like". Thank you so much. Made my day. I kept offering the payment but eventually just put the money into the charity box as per his request. Will definitely come back. We need more people like this today. 🌷
I used this service recently to get a standard Yale door key cut. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the actual key-cutting process was incredibly fast and professional. The key works perfectly with no sticking. However, at £9 for a single standard cylinder key, it is definitely on the expensive side compared to local independent locksmiths. You are paying a premium for convenience here!

Have been using Timpson in Coalville, Leics for years and realised I had never reviewed their service. What a mistake! I have only ever received the very best service from all their staff. I love the ethos of the company - ex prisoner rehabilitation, together with probably the best customer service I have ever received from any organisation. Thanks to all staff - past and present.
Came in with a snapped key, which was in an awkward place. When I came in Sampson served me and the customer service was amazing! He cut the key and it worked first time baring in mind I had been to somewhere else for it to be cut and it didn’t work, however this one did. Amazing! Would 100% recommend.
