Called in for the 1st time this week and enquired whether or not a pair of sandals (the last birthday gift given to me by my late mother) could be repaired. I was reassured this was a possibility so returned later in the week with my sandals. The service I was given was exceptional by Joe, who had remembered me and went above and beyond and I had my sandals returned, fully repaired within a cpl of hours.
