Came in your shop today with my Soul hanging off my Boot. The Guy serving me was so kind and helpful towards me, Sympathetic towards me ask if he could help. Ask me to take a seat while he fix my boot. Also had a key cut while I was waiting. Thank you for your Kindness.

Came in to town yesterday to have shoes repaired and the gentleman called Nathan was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was sure my shoes were beyond repair but picked them up this morning and he did an incredible job, he even pointed out that he could put better soles on for me which would last longer. I’m so pleased. What a polite, kind young man such a credit to Timpson.
