I visited this branch at Regent Arcade, Cheltenham and I asked Saleem the shop assistant if Timpsons offers Shoe Shine services. I was smiling and asked in a very polite way. I googled before visiting the place and Google did say that Timpsons does offer shoe shine and shoe restoration services. The shop assistant started advising me not to ask people such questions. Very happy customer who is going to have a very happy girly when she receives this gift personalised by timpsons. Very knowledgeable and recommended laser personalisation rather than engraving as it would have ruined the bottle. All done whilst I waited in the shop. Couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.
Salim who works at Timpson was very helpful, booked in my Tag Heur watch for repair and service and turned it around all before Christmas with great results. Which other shops couldn’t offer. Nothing but good service. Salim is a credit to the store.
Quite frankly the worst customer experience I have ever seen in my life. Salim, to put it lightly, is a joke of an employee and shouldn't be anywhere near the workplace. While my friend was trying to get his 1982 Rolex (which IS real, Salim) serviced, he was consulted aggressively by Salim who claimed it was fake. My friend, being the respectful person he is, decided to remain calm and politely told Salim it was not fake.
