The man in the Devizes shop has always been so amazing. Today he went above and beyond when I realised on the day of an awards ceremony that my heels were broken. He squeezed in a fix on a very busy day and I can't thank him enough.

The gentleman that always seems to be working gives an amazing customer service. I have had him stich my sketcher walking shoes giving them another year of life so far, my keys cut there have always been spot on, and a watch strap replacement.
