Just wanted to say I am so happy with my shoes that I thought were beyond repair. And a big shout out to the lady in Waterlooville branch, her customer service and personable approach was excellent. What a credit to Timpsons!
Paid £200 for 2 pairs of full length thermal curtains to be dry cleaned, I had to sign a disclaimer and pay up front, my curtains came back today, 1 pair was totally disintegrated and the other pair, 1 curtain was ok, the other was totally ruined and disintegrated. So in effect they made me pay £200 for the privilege of them writing off my curtains!!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service I award minus 10 stars
The shop worker was rude and dismissive. I arrived around 15 minutes before it shut to get some keys cut and it was abundantly clear I was an annoyance.

I took my watch in to have the battery replaced which normally takes 2 weeks as they have to send it away but 20 minutes later, Tadah! Hello working watch! and, cheaper too! Thank you Timpson, I’ll be back!
