Went to the shop 15/11 to have my passport photos taken. The gentlemen in the shop were very polite and friendly. The photos are very clear and sharp, and the gentleman who took the photos took the time to explain in detail how to use the digital photos if I needed them which was very helpful and I'm not that great with technology. Would highly recommend.

I went in to get a new key and was served straight away. They found the right key and cut it in no time at all. When I found I couldn't use the new key in my padlock I took it and the padlock in a week later and the same employee did something to make it work properly. Great service and products.

I asked my mum to take my watch in for a battery,my mum said they wouldn't take the back off without putting a battery in and it would cost £25.My mum bought the watch back i then ordered a kit of amazon for £3 and did it myself should have done that in the first place.I would have posted no stars but won't allow me to do that.Also my mum is a pensioner even though it wasn't her watch it still isn't acceptable.

I guess I’ll not be coming back to them for any key cutting. I am so disappointed, the key bent in the lock and I luckily managed to get it out of the door lock. It’s now my fault because I didn’t put it in correctly (say the man in the shop). I tried to get it replaced today and he said I have to pay again. The key was cut 10 days ago.
