Went to the shop 15/11 to have my passport photos taken. The gentlemen in the shop were very polite and friendly. The photos are very clear and sharp, and the gentleman who took the photos took the time to explain in detail how to use the digital photos if I needed them which was very helpful and I'm not that great with technology. Would highly recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Took my gorgeous hush puppy heels in for a simple repair-both heels (little tips at the end) had come off after 20 years of minimal use as I only wear them for interviews. When I took them in, the guy on the counter didn’t even say hello, I gave him more customer service! * Avoid at all cost * A staff member clearly shows a violent behavior by biting his tongues to hold his anger for no reason whilst being unhelpful and rude. No customer skills at all and potentially dangerous. Avoid at all costs.

I asked my mum to take my watch in for a battery,my mum said they wouldn't take the back off without putting a battery in and it would cost £25.My mum bought the watch back i then ordered a kit of amazon for £3 and did it myself should have done that in the first place.I would have posted no stars but won't allow me to do that.Also my mum is a pensioner even though it wasn't her watch it still isn't acceptable.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is, the miscommunication between staff members about my collection date and also the price which is overpriced for just hemming some trousers, but I cannot complain about the quality of their work. Overall great service.
