Went to the shop 15/11 to have my passport photos taken. The gentlemen in the shop were very polite and friendly. The photos are very clear and sharp, and the gentleman who took the photos took the time to explain in detail how to use the digital photos if I needed them which was very helpful and I'm not that great with technology. Would highly recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Took my gorgeous hush puppy heels in for a simple repair-both heels (little tips at the end) had come off after 20 years of minimal use as I only wear them for interviews. When I took them in, the guy on the counter didn’t even say hello, I gave him more customer service! He very quickly told me it would cost £15.95 and when I asked him to please take care of my shoes he said to me ‘You’ll get the same sloppy service all the other customers get’ I should have taken my shoes and ran right th... read more

I went in to get a new key and was served straight away. They found the right key and cut it in no time at all. When I found I couldn't use the new key in my padlock I took it and the padlock in a week later and the same employee did something to make it work properly. Great service and products.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is, the miscommunication between staff members about my collection date and also the price which is overpriced for just hemming some trousers, but I cannot complain about the quality of their work. Overall great service.
