Went in here after the Timpson Machine at B&Q Garthdee swallowed my key copy. More than happy to help. Took a couple of cutting attempts to get the key right but all the staff were wonderful and so no complaints at all!
Visited to renew watch battery, which we have found to best deal around Aberdeen
Brought my watch in to get some links removed and the watch was perfectly fine when I was handed the watch back there was a scratch on the dial asked him to get it buffed out or fixed and he refused saying it wasn’t him. Completely unprofessional
I went to Timspon's to get a few links off of my watch, it took less than 2 minutes to get it done. The person who did it was very friendly and not a bad price for it too. I would definitely recommend 😊
Very helpful staff. Assistant named Christopher on his badge, went the extra mile for me as I was short on time and got my pet tag engraved before his other orders. Chatted away pleasantly and made sure I had a seat to wait on. I would definitely return. He told me he had only been there 4 weeks and was still learning but the service was fantastic by all 3 staff.
