Waited 15 minutes for the Man to appear. In the past, I have found Timmons staff so helpful.but This man was not helpful at all.
Business response:
Hi Trevor, we’re sorry to hear you had to wait 15 minutes for assistance and that the service you received was disappointing. We understand this is particularly frustrating given your previous positive experiences with our staff. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ll pass your feedback on to the relevant team to look into.
