This review is for Timpsons inside Sainsbury’s Mansfield. Recently discovered that Timpsons do Dry cleaning! Yay! Anyway, I took my first few items last week and was greeted by a lovely young man with great manners. Before my turn, he was chatting with an old dear, who clearly wanted to chat his head off, he was so lovely to her, made me smile. Anyway, he was very informative about the dry cleaning service. Truly excellent service. A very friendly and polite and helpful lady. I phoned up initially and then went into the store and and the repair was completed exactly as she described to solve the problem with the car fob baytery
Took my watch to timpson at Sainsbury's, Nottingham road. Mansfield today, and spoke to Shane about my issue. Excellent customer service and communication from him, polite and efficient and also fast repair on my watch. Great service by Shane.
This guy is a total rip off I had heels put on my boots. The glue came undone and I have given him lots of business and he refused to repair them. Avoid this Timpsons as he rips you off. Go to the market place in Sutton in Ashfield very helpful shoe repairer at a fraction of the cost.
Asked for a keyblade to be cut for a car key and was told unless they suppply the key they can’t cut it (company policy) but they wouldn’t supply just the keyblade which I needed, they wanted to supply the whole key which I didn’t at £50. Ridiculous isn’t the word as the lad was more interested in sitting on his phone. I’d have paid up to £20 just for that as I was desperate but they’d rather turn business away. Never again
