Francis is an absolute legend .Timpsond very lucky to have him . He will go the extra mile to sort out the issue. I had an ongoing smart car jet issue which Francis presude and went out of his way to resolve. Kept me updated all the time as was waiting delivery of the smart key from car manufacturer.
