A truly pleasant, friendly and competent worker! He is friendly and goes the extra mile for this customers. The repair he did on my shoes was so well done that my shoes look as good as new!

Reheeled shoes brilliantly and reasonably within a couple of hours, also has electronic fob capabilities. Would recommend this Timpson 👍

I took three analogue watches there in January, each needed a new battery, I didn't mind them being expensive batteries as Timpson generally have a good reputation. All three failed within five or six weeks, I know they came with a life time guarantee but I simply cannot be bothered because they'll just inevitably argue the toss and say that the watches were all faulty and I live fifty miles away from Birmingham anyway; they weren't the most dear watches but they were £30 to £50, not £5 from a market stall, and you might a... read more
