Really surprised at the anger and aggression from Steven in this shop over a refund dispute. Thankfully on both occasions I attended regarding this I recorded audio on my phone, which has been submitted to Head Office as a complaint. Would not recommend using this shop - Steven is patronising, spoke rudely and raised his voice while interrupting on multiple occasions.
