Came here today hoping for a quick repair where stitching on shoe had come apart. Unfortunately they only could offer black stitching for my tan shoes but offered to repair by gluing. I agreed and it was done so quickly you could hardly believe it could be done! Many thanks , much appreciated.
Terrible service rudely phrased basically refused to even try to take our baby’s passport photo and was telling us to take a bus ride to an Asda outside town instead. We have a newborn baby and this ruined our entire day since our schedule is tight with the baby. It would’ve taken minutes to do if they had any patience to try.
Consistently good service, from changing locks to cutting keys to repairing shoes. Always helpful.

Purchased a Lacoste ladies stainless steel bracelet watch from Amazon that was available at a greatly reduced price via Amazon Prime Wardrobe 7 day "Try Before You Buy" option. Therefore, to ensure it was still a bargain after being altered to fit my wee wrist I popped into my local Timpson store where I had previously seen great reviews on Google for Steven.
