I went to Timpson to get a key duplicated. The younger staff member who first cut it was polite no problems, but the key didn’t work. When I went back, I explained the issue very nicely to another older staff member, but his attitude was awful. He just kept saying “same key, should work,” but it definitely did not work, then threw the faulty key into the bin aggressively. go all the time to lisburn store do amazing job get keys cut and my watch and car battery changed. Guys are great and do great job.
The soles had come off a pair of summer shoes. The gentleman behind the counter said he would glue them back on. He advised that it may not work. He didn't charge me, he said it was only glue. Lovely chap.All good so far. Thanks.
Seriously I'm sorry but this is an absolute rip off, battery for a car key £20 watch battery £20 door key looking £25 yale are only charging £17 it's a piece of cut metal no wonder no one ever at it.like others have said i found small man was rude when I wasn't buying
Started out as a stressful day when i got my car keys wet and they wouldn't start my car. I brought them into Timpson Lisburn tescos and they cleaned and dried them out, free of charge!!! Great customer service and keys working fine now thanks so much 🙏🙏
